Global Diagnostics

Organised at short notice we were pleased to help Global Diagnostics cater for the Arthritis in Action Charity Auction held at Colney Hall.

We had little time to organise all aspects of the event, from cutlery to the food and service but were able to prepare an indian themed banquet.

We provided them with a sumptious feast of Chicken Dabalroti, with Chick pea Mooli and Vegetable Curry Rajasthan with Butter beans, kidney beans, onion, diced peppers, mooli and cashew. All this was served with Pilau rice and chargrilled nan breads.

This was followed by a selection of deserts and coffee and our well stocked party bar was made available for the whole of the evening.

The event was a glittering success.
