There are two most widely known types of Paella, Valencian and Seafood.
The Valencian paella consists of rice, green vegetables, meat (chicken, rabbit, duck and chorizo) lima beans seasoning and saffron.
The Seafood paella replaces meat with seafood (clams, lobster, prawns, crab and mussels) and omits the beans and green vegetables although add in garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
